🕒 Processing Times

  • Standard orders are processed within 2-7 business days.
  • Custom orders, which are available only in the UK (including custom T-shirts or outfit designs) may require 5–10 business days, depending on the complexity and design approval process.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

🌍 Shipping Locations

We ship to the UK, Canada, US, Australia and some European countries. Wherever you are, we would try to deliver your outfits securely. We offer free shipping for orders over £50 across our countries.

Note: Delivery times may vary during peak periods, such as holidays or promotional events.

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can monitor the delivery progress through our tracking portal or directly via the courier’s website.

💬 Shipping Issues or Delays

We strive to meet our delivery estimates, but occasional delays may occur due to:

  • Courier issues
  • Unforeseen weather conditions
  • Custom design processing
  • Remote delivery locations

If you haven't received your order within 7 business days (UK), please contact us at orders@masinfashion.com and we’ll assist promptly.

❌ Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply, based on the courier policy.

🧾 Duties & Taxes

For UK orders, VAT is currently not included in the product price, but may be included in future. For international orders (when available), customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country’s import regulations.
