At MASIN Fashion, we take pride in producing high-quality, faith-inspired apparel made uniquely for each order through our print-on-demand model. As such, we have a specific return and refund policy tailored to the nature of our business.


🛍️ Made-to-Order Products

All items at MASIN Fashion are made to order. This means each product is created specifically for you after purchase. As a result:

  • We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for items due to change of mind, wrong size ordered, or buyer’s remorse.

  • Please check all product information (including size guides) carefully before placing your order.


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we’ll make it right.

You may be eligible for a free replacement or full refund if:

  • The item is materially defective
  • There is a clear printing or manufacturing error
  • You received a different item or size than ordered

To qualify:

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving the product
  • Email orders@masinfashion.com
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
  • Return Window: 14 Days
  • Return Method: By Mail (post)
  • Return Shipping Cost: Free (We cover the cost of return shipping)

Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.


📦 Returns Address

Please do not return items without contacting us first. As we work with third-party print-on-demand fulfilment partners, unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.

If a return is approved (e.g., for faulty goods), we’ll provide the correct return address and instructions.


💳 Refunds

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 3-10 working days. The funds will be returned to your original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


🚫 Items Not Eligible for Refunds or Returns

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered (please refer to the size guide)
  • Change of mind after order placement
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
  • Minor colour or print variations due to screen differences or production method

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled or modified within 1 hour of purchase. After this period, production begins and changes cannot be made.
